Business Meetings and Conferences
If you require event space in Sturminster Newton for a business meeting or conference, we have you covered. You and your colleagues will have exclusive use of the facilities, free of disturbance for however long you need them. A small conference room is available which can seat up to 12 people (boardroom style) or 25 people (theatre style). Our prices start from £45 per delegate for day conferences or £175 for overnight conferences.
The room comes with an overhead projector, Wi-Fi, flip charts, and special wall clips for holding papers. Plus, tea and coffee are available all day. Other dining options are also available as are team building activities. No wonder we’re considered the best option for business meetings.
For weddings, we can’t think of a more romantic setting for event space. Sturminster Newton is wonderful any time of year, making it a splendid place to tie the knot. For weddings, we provide exclusive use of our facilities for evening receptions for up to 65 guests. We do ask that you take all our rooms as part of this exclusivity. Hotel room rates apply.
Our Sturminster Newton event space can also be used, exclusively, for lunch wedding receptions. We can cater for up to 46 guests in the main dining room, and up to 20 guests in the vaulted dining room. The booking of rooms is not required, nor is there an additional charge for exclusive use. For weddings and marquees, we can cater for up to 75 people in the hotel (with a buffet). That number can exceed 75 if you choose the marquee option. If you’re looking to host a shooting party, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more accommodating option for your event space. Sturminster Newton shooting parties will be provided with a room to dine in and a choice of our à la carte or daily menu. Single occupancy is charged at £165 per night, and double occupancy is charged at £250 per night. Both rates include dinner, bed and breakfast.
